Returns & Product Issues
Due to the cosmetic nature of nail polish, perfumes, cuticle oils, and other personal care products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a product that arrives damaged or believe there is a quality or formula issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Photos and additional information may be requested so we can better assess the concern.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or formula issue, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
We take great pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
Product Variations
All polishes are handcrafted in small batches. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color may occur from batch to batch. We also do our best to accurately represent each polish in our photos, but colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, phone screen, lighting, and individual color perception.
Shipping & Processing
Orders will ship within 7 business days or sooner unless otherwise stated.
Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, though transit times may vary.
International Orders
We do not currently ship to countries within the European Union. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Broken, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email lostlakenails@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items, packaging, and packing materials, or details regarding any missing items.
If USPS loses your package, please open a Missing Mail Search with USPS. If USPS is unable to locate the package, contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Address Changes & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for paying postage to have the package reshipped.
We are unable to hold orders. If you will be away, USPS offers a mail hold service that can be requested directly through their website.
